Roselie: i get the “be rational” but not the pi saying get real…??
^’i’ is the imaginary number which is the square root of -1 which cannot form a real number as you cannot square root a negative number. It says ‘be rational’ to ‘Pi’ as ‘Pi’ is a irrational number. Therefore, in response, ‘Pi’ says ‘get real’ which is telling ‘i’ to change from being an imaginary number to real number.
hahaha so funny LOL
i is a imaginary number, not even real
real numbers can be rational or not rational.
pi is not rational couse its infinite large, so i says “be ratioanl to pi”
and pi says get real couse i is not even real
If you need this explained to you, then it’s clearly not for you… and saying “haha” after the explanation only shws a laughter out of compromise…. go read other jokes…
A constant function and exp(x) are walking around.
Suddenly, Constant spots at a differential operator crawling on the wild side and whispers to exp(x) :
- “Look, a differential operator. If he meets me, I am cooked.”
And Cste starts running like hell.
On her own, exp(x) gets no fear.
She crosses the street and drawls proud as punch :
- “hey ! I’m exp(x), and you are ?..”
while the operator looks up and answers
- “hi ! I’m d/dy.”

Well I guess the humor would be lost. “i” is the notation for an imaginary number, which is not part of the real numbers.

^^
because i isnt a real number
it substitutes for -1.

i substitutes for the square root of -1. not -1 itself.
& this is funny!

No, if you get this joke you’re just more intelligent than those that don’t. And you went past geometry in high school.
